About MQA
MQA is one of the
most well-organized state quilting associations in the country. We have 3
gatherings a year, plus an educational seminar with a nationally-known teacher.
Fall and Spring gatherings include demos and programs you can take back to your
guild, and in June we have day-long workshops in Pearl where our own teachers
lead classes to improve our skill repertoire.

Join Mississippi Quilt Association
Membership in MQA is open to anyone who has
a love of quilts and quilting and who is interested in preserving and promoting
quiltmaking. Our members come from all walks of life. Our backgrounds may be
different, but we share one thing in common - our love of quilts and the art of
quiltmaking!
Membership benefits include reduced rates
for classes and educational seminars, and our three-times a year newsletter, The
Common Thread.
Dues are $15 annually, from April 1st to
March 31st, and are payable to MQA.

Membership Chairman!
This is Judy Hines,
Membership Director for our state group. Dues of $15 need to be paid by
March 31. Please tell your friends and quilt guilds that it
is time to pay those dues. I plan to be at the Natchez gathering but I
would prefer that you mail your dues to sme (check made out to MQA)
before then. It
gets a little hectic when everyone is trying to register and pay their
dues at
the same time.
We do not want anyone to be missed. I would really appreciate your help
with this.
